At Agape Vacation Rentals, we specialize in managing small resorts and groups of smaller cabins with a personalized approach that sets us apart. With several years of experience managing multiple resorts, we understand the unique challenges and opportunities that come with resort properties.

Our comprehensive resort management services include all aspects of our vacation rental management services. In addition to this, we can also create a custom website for your property or we can upgrade your existing website to incorporate our own direct booking functionality.

We offer 3 different service options as discussed below:

Our Management Options

Options 1 and 3 are provided for any properties in Michigan. Option 2 is provided for any property anywhere in the world.

Option 1

Complete Resort Management
This comprehensive service includes full internet marketing across all major platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and Google Travel) as well as our own website and your resort’s website (if desired). It also includes complete vacation property management including cleaning, maintenance, minor repairs, guest communication, and financial management. Our commission is 25% of net revenue for the first year and 30% thereafter.

Option 2

Full Internet Marketing Only
We handle all aspects of marketing your property online on Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, Google Travel, direct from our own website, and direct from your own website if you wish. We can also create a basic website with direct booking functionality for you, if desired. We process reservations and payments, and manage availability calendars across all platforms. Owners manage communications with guests and the cleaning of properties themselves. This option allows you to maintain physical control of your resort while benefiting from our marketing breadth and expertise. Our commission for this service is 15% of net revenue for the first year and 20% thereafter.

Option 3

Housecleaning and Laundry Service Only
“This option is perfect for resort owners who enjoy marketing and guest interaction, but prefer not to handle cleaning and laundry. With this option, we manage all cleaning and laundry for your property and bill monthly for our cost plus a 50% management fee. (Note that with this option we have the ability to read your reservations calendar(s) automatically using our system, so we automatically know when cleanings are needed without resort owners needing to contact us directly.)
