The Red Laker Cabin is a charming and traditional cabin right on Little Platte Lake! It is part of Twin Birch Resort and the rental includes full access to the resort’s amenities, including your own rowboat and kayak! There is also a dock and firepit at the resort that is shared among all 4 cabins. The cabins are all technologically updated with high-speed and live streaming Roku television. This charming little lakefront cabin truly provides for a fun, peaceful, and relaxing getaway!

Best kept secret
At the behest of our son we met up at Twin Birch Resort for a picturesque family vacation. We stayed in the red cottage while they stayed in the larger log Cain, the Kodiak. This had to be one of the best and most relaxing places to visit. We loved the rustic cabin with well appointed kitchen and screened porch with swing. The open windows and fresh cool breezes kept us cozy with the hum of fans. Close to the Sleeping Bear Dunes and Lake Michigan sites and the incredible Honor Family Market for the best bras and essentials. We are already planning our next trip.

Like visiting a new universe
Brought my grandson up for a couple of days for connection and getting away from busy south-east Michigan. This was the right place. Beautiful, tranquil, and EVERYONE was SO kind and friendly. Thanks.

Very clean quaint cottage on a beautiful lake peaceful area loved to hear the loons. Lot's of hiking trails close by. Loved the screened in porch with swing to have coffee in the morning. We'll appointed kitchen area but could use some seasonings(salt pepper etc).

We have stayed at Twin Birch for many years in all the cabins and it is the most peaceful, quite, beautiful place. It is heaven! We love it here and we will always come back.
