The home has tons of character with its own classic mid-century modern style! It's quite spacious and features 4 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a living room, formal dining room, and a family room. It comfortably accommodates up to 8 adults. Other highlights include:

* SECLUDED SETTING: Guests navigate a long, wooded driveway to reach a private retreat surrounded by nature, ideal for stargazing and wildlife viewing.

* MODERN AMENITIES: The home is equipped with high-speed internet for remote work, central air, a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher), and laundry facilities.

* OUTDOOR LIVING: Enjoy a large backyard perfect for BBQs, outdoor games, and relaxation on the deck or patio.

* CONVENIENCE: Ample parking is available, including space for boat parking.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

1) CLOSE PROXIMITY TO ARCADIA BLUFFS GOLF COURSE: Please note that the home is only 4.5 miles from Arcadia Bluffs Golf Club. It's also even closer to the Arcadia Bluffs South Course as it is only 2.1 miles from the south course.

2) PET POLICY: 1 dog is permitted at the property. If bringing a dog, please make certain that they are included on the reservation and that the pet fee is appropriately paid. More than 1 dog is strictly prohibited and any pets other than dogs are also strictly prohibited.

3) CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING: Please note that the home does have central air conditioning.

4) NUMBER OF GUESTS: Please note that our pricing is based upon the number of guests, with pricing being higher with each additional guest that is included on the reservation. Please make certain that the correct number of guests is specified on the reservation so that the pricing is correct.

5) EARLY CHECK-IN: Our policy is to allow early check-in on the day of arrival if the property is available for check-in. We will not know until the day before arrival whether or not the property will be available for early check-in or not. You can check with our local property manager the day before arrival or on your arrival day to see if the property will be available for early check-in or not.

6) LATE CHECK-OUT: We maintain a very strict and structured cleaning schedule. As such, late check-outs are strictly prohibited.

7) BASEMENT AND GARAGE LOCKED OFF: Please note that the entire basement as well as the attached garage are both locked off and are not available for guest usage.

NEIGHBORHOOD:

The home is in the country in the middle of a private 46-acre sandy forest of mostly hardwood trees. It's quite secluded and very private, serene, and peaceful. Most of the other properties in the area are private farms or ranches.

This location serves as an ideal base for exploring Northern Michigan's premier destinations! In particular, please note the following :

* GOLFING EXCELLENCE: The home is located just a 9-minute drive from the world-renowned Arcadia Bluffs Golf Club and even closer to the Arcadia Bluffs South Course.

* BEACH ACCESS: Only a 5-minute drive to Pierport Beach on the the stunning shores of Lake Michigan. Also just a short drive from Onekama and Portage Lake (to the south) as well as Arcadia and Arcadia Lake (to the north).

* NATURE AND RECREATION: Explore the Arcadia Dunes (C.S. Mott Nature Preserve, 16-minute drive) or visit the scenic Inspiration Point for panoramic lake views. The start of Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore is also just 26 miles north of the property.

GUEST ACCESS:

Guests have access to the entire property except for the basement, attached garage, and an owners closet on the main floor.

TRANSIT:

It is highly recommended that guests have their own means of transportation.
