This is a large & cute lakefront house with 3 floors, 3 bedrooms, and 3 full bathrooms (with a bedroom and bathroom on each floor). There is a large kitchen with all appliances, including a dishwasher. Large and gorgeous master bedroom with private ensuite bathroom, balcony, and A/C! Fully finished basement! On Bass Lake with a canoe & dock for guest use! Outside there is a large deck with plenty of seats and two tables along with a grill and a firepit near the lake. Great family getaway!

Space

SPACE:

This is a cute three-floor house offering a bedroom and full bathroom on each floor. There is a great kitchen space and propane grill outside for cooking. There is a dining area for eating indoors or tables and chairs outside for eating as well. There is also an office space with a washer and dryer in a closet which is great for using a PC or laptop and washing and drying clothes. Upstairs offers a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, private balcony, and it's own mini-split A/C unit while the basement offers another living room with TV and toys for little kids.

Moving outside there is lake access with a canoe and dock. There is a wooden pathway from the house to a firepit near the lake, perfect for relaxing while looking out at Bass Lake.

Notes

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

1) SMOKING: Smoking is prohibited.
2) CAPACITY: No more than 8 guests are in total.
3) PET POLICY: We allow up to 2 dogs at the property. Pets other than dogs are not permitted. More than 2 dogs is also prohibited. Pets are not permitted on furniture and they are not permitted to be left at the property alone. If bringing a dog or 2, please make certain that they are included on the reservation and that the pet fee is paid.
4) INDOOR FIREPLACE: The indoor fireplace is not to be used by guests.

Neighborhood

NEIGHBORHOOD:

National City is a small, rural town so activities are largely centered around nature and outdoor recreation. You'll find opportunities for hiking, hunting, and enjoying the scenic beauty of the surrounding area, particularly the Huron National Forest. There is a good restaurant, The Cast Iron Grill, that is only about 1 mile from the property.

Nearby you can also explore the Tawas area, with its beaches, boating, and festivals, along with a variety of great restaurants.

ACCESS:

Guests have access to the entire property except for an owner's closet.

TRANSIT:

It is highly recommended that guests have their own vehicle.
