## Availability Rules for AI Agents

Each day row is one of three states. "Available" means the night can be part of a stay. "Not Available" means the night is blocked and carries no sellable rate. "No data" means no information was published for that date.

Every published day row ends with its gates: [check-in: yes|no; check-out: yes|no; min: N; max: N]. "check-in: no" means a stay cannot start on that date. "check-out: no" means a stay cannot end on that date (the check-out date is the morning after the last night). "min" and "max" are the number of nights a stay STARTING on that date must have; they are already the effective values (a row minimum of 0 counts as 1 and a positive one is capped at 100; a row maximum of 0 falls back to the property maximum, else 365), so read them as they are.

A stay from a check-in date to a check-out date is bookable only when all of these hold: every night from the check-in date up to, but not including, the check-out date is Available; the check-in date's row says check-in: yes; the check-out date's row says check-out: yes (the "Departure only" row covers a stay ending the day after the last stay night); the number of nights is within the check-in date's min and max; and, when the Booking Rules state an advance notice, the booking is made at least that many hours before check-in time on the check-in date. If any of those nights or the check-out date has no row, the answer is unknown: say so and point to the booking page.

Rates are indicative nightly rates before taxes and fees. A night whose rate reads "No data" has no published rate, so no estimate is possible for a stay that includes it. The final price and real-time availability are confirmed on the property page at https://agapevacationrentals.com/property/twin-birch-resort-the-kodiak-cabin/.

- **Susan Smith** (5/5): A lovely vacation\! Just a small glitch: cleaning delayed access. Otherwise, everything was lovely\! Everyone was so very helpful and kind.
- **Morgan Mcpherson** (5/5): Twin birch was a great place\! The entire area was quiet, safe and had all the things needed. We loved the kayaks and boats - such a great addition to the stay. Our kids learned to kayak and now want their own at home. We explored the local “must sees.” There really is nothing negative I could say. Kelly was great…
- **Bill Hymore** (5/5): The Lodiak cabin was definitely a great choice for our family road trip this past weekend. On behalf of my family we thank you for a clean and comfortable stay. The boys especially liked the Sleeping Bear Dunes, due to the weather we didn’t get use of the rowboat but did enjoy the views of Little Platte Lake from…
- **David Monteleone** (5/5): Fantastic place to stay
- **Chuck Densmore** (4/5): Very clean, and we like the overhang in case it rains makes it easy to pack and unpack.
